Simple Steps for a Smooth Experience
Preparing for Your First Appointment
Your first visit begins with a consultation where we’ll review your current dental needs, explain your diagnosis, and discuss your treatment options. After scheduling, you’ll receive a text with a link to your New Patient Forms. Please complete them before your visit to help make check-in easier.
To prepare for your appointment, please bring:
- Your referral slip and recent X-rays, if applicable
- A list of medications you’re currently taking
- Information about known allergies or medical conditions
- Your medical or dental insurance information
If you’ve had X-rays taken within the last six months, please ask your previous dentist to send them to our office or bring them with you. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We make every effort to estimate your treatment costs in advance so you know what to expect. As a courtesy to patients with dental insurance, our team will complete and submit your claim to your insurance carrier.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance, and patients are responsible for costs not covered by insurance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Additional services provided by outside laboratories or other providers may be billed separately.
